Levy Mashele

Levy contributed to Anglo American Plc for almost 32 years of which 23 years were in the training environment. Levy joined De Beers Venetia Mine in 1990 as an Apprentice Electrician, then qualified in 1992 and worked as an Electrician until 1997 when he joined De Beers Engineering Training Centre as an Electrical Training Officer. In 2001 he joined Anglo Platinum (Mogalakwena Mine) as Snr. HRD Officer – Engineering. He was promoted to HRD Coordinator in 2007 responsible for both Mining and Engineering Technical Training. In 2011 he was promoted to HRD Manager responsible for the entire training centre at Mogalakwena Complex. In 2019 he acquire Xtract Training Services SA (Pty) Ltd as a Managing Director.
