Portia Fischer

Portia started her career in 1990 with the Department of Labour as a Registry Clerk and within 6 months promoted to a Personnel Officer, specialising in the staff leave records and allocation and maintenance of staff bursaries.

In 1998 she worked at Medihelp Medical Scheme as a Supervisor in Membership Contribution Recoveries. In 2002 she was promoted to a Senior Membership Correspondent where she handled all membership related enquiries.

In 2012 Portia joined Xtract Training Services SA (Pty) Ltd as an Office Clerk, where in 2013 she was promoted to a position of Course Co-ordinator and in 2020 was given responsibility to do Sales and Marketing for the company.
