Palesa started working at Limpopo Provincial Treasury in 2011 where she was an Experiential Learner performed budgeting, and expenditure management functions.

• In 2014 she joined Batho Batsho Bakopane (B3) as Sales Consultant where she worked until 2015.
• In 2016 she worked for Sanlam Sky Solution as Sales Consultant until 2017.
• In 2017 she joined Assupol Life as a Sales Representative and Sales Development Consultant where she worked until 2025.
• Palesa joined Xtract Training Services SA (Pty) Ltd as an Office Clerk in 2025 as Financial Officer
