Lebo Rautsela

Lebo started working at IEC (Independent Electoral Commission) as an Assistant Presiding Officer in 2009. Lebo also did part-time work at PERDM in Cresta promoting SIM cards.

In 2011 – 2012 Lebo was part of a community project that was provided by the Midvaal Municipality to inspect street poles / lights for the entire community. Then later joined an NPO called Midvaal Youth Development Forum (MYDF) from 2013 – 2014 that provided skills to the neighbouring communities, with programmes such IT, Leadership Skills, Business Management etc.

In 2015 Lebo joined Xtract Training Services SA (Pty) Ltd as an Office Clerk. In 2020 she was promoted to a Course Coordinator position.
